Emerging designers to feature at St. Paul Fashion show

Join MNfashion Feb. 20, at Honey in Northeast Minneapolis for a lively showcase of work from a hand-selected roster of local emerging Twin Cities designers.
“The Emerging Designers show is our way of introducing new talent to the community,” says Amy Overman, executive director at MNfashion. “Many of these designers will go on to be a major boon to the local fashion industry and we look forward to helping them grow.”
During the two-hour show, witness the designs of Carly Shoen, a self-taught designer specializing in womenswear. She brings a refined attitude to sportswear through heirloom details and quality textiles, all while embracing her adventurous inner animal.
Brianna Westlund, whose designs embody a classic and conceptual mixture of period inspiration and modern edge. She creates ageless romantic clothing with effortless wearability.
Sisters Ellie and Becky Niemeyer, who started their clothing brand, Idle Child in April of 2012, focusing on women’s one-of-a-kind garments.
Founded and designed by Rachel Roff and named after her maiden name, the deLange fashion line combines vintage lace and trims with fresh patterns and modern fabric for a romantic and intriguing aesthetic.
