Falafel Recipe

NGREDIENTS :

White chickpeas 2 cups

Garlic 3 Cloves

Fresh Parsley ½ bunch

Oil for frying ½ liter

Soda ½ tsp

Black pepper ½ tsp

Salt to taste 
How To Cook Falafel Recipe :

1.Soak white chickpeas overnight.
2.Add chickpeas, ¼ cup water, cloves of garlic, soda, parsley,
pepper and salt in a blender.
3.Blend all ingredients together and make small balls of chick
peas.
4.In a wok, heat oil.
5.Add balls fry until golden brown.
6.Falafils are ready to serve with tahina sauce.

Note: Cooking Time: 35-45 minuts, Serving: 4-6 persons
